Lessons

Lessons are private, one-to-one and held online by video call. Each lesson is 50 minutes. Lessons are sold individually or in packages; all lesson times in a package are chosen when it is booked.

Payment

Lessons and packages are paid online at the time of booking. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Times are held for 30 minutes while payment is completed, and are released if payment is not completed.

Cancelling and rescheduling

A lesson can be cancelled from your account up to 24 hours before it starts. It is returned to your account as a lesson credit, which can be used to book another time within 12 months of the original purchase. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or missed, are not credited.

If your teacher needs to cancel, the lesson is credited back to your account, or refunded on request. To reschedule, cancel the lesson and use the credit to book a new time.

Lateness

Lessons start and finish at the booked time. If you join late, the lesson still ends on time.
